  • Support issues should include the affected page or route.
  • Press and partnership notes should include timing and context.

What to include

Structured inbound messages will make a lean team more responsive.

  • Company name and role.
  • Reason for contact and desired next step.
  • Any route or feature already reviewed, such as docs or pricing.
